What is the Connect to Your Guides Session?

The ‘Connect to Your Guides Session’ is a 90 to 120-minute experience where you will meet Guides who are supporting you. You will learn how to recognise their presence and guidance.

During the session, I work with The Sacred Grid Method, an 8-step process. This process helps to create a safe and grounded space for connection. Through breathwork, chakra balancing and clearing heavy energy, you are gently prepared for the journey.

You will also learn, or confirm if you already know, how your Higher Self and Guides communicate with you through simple yes and no responses. This can help you receive clearer guidance when you have questions or are looking for direction.

You do not need to have experience with channeling or connecting with Guides. I will guide you through the process step by step and help you notice how the connection comes through for you.

I invite your Higher Self to bring forward the Guides who are most beneficial for you at this time. We may connect with beings of Light such as Archangels, Ascended Masters and Goddesses.
